In 2009, drawing on more than 25 years of experience advising entrepreneurs and business leaders, Diane Henry founded Patrimonica, a Multifamily Office. Her ability to understand the true needs and aspirations of exceptional individuals and families has enabled her to build lasting relationships with them over the past two decades and to develop a comprehensive, integrated range of services. With an entrepreneurial background and experience in a major accounting firm, as well as in banking and consulting, Diane brings a broad perspective to the financial, strategic and wealth management challenges faced by her clients.

Today, as President of the Patrimonica Multifamily Office , Diane remains fully engaged with the firm and continues to play an active role in its evolution. She oversees strategic direction, participates in key decisions and serves on the Executive Committee. She is also a member of the Investment Committee of Patrimonica Assets Management and the Investment Committee of the Patrimonica Foundation. In her role, she contributes actively to the firm’s strategy, business development and the continued evolution of its service offering.

The founding of Patrimonica and its subsidiary, Patrimonica Assets Management, was grounded in values that remain at the heart of the group’s culture: integrity, the highest standards of professionalism, independence and transparency.

A member of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec since 1983 and the holder of a Master of Science in Finance from HEC Montréal, Diane brings a strong academic background to her practice. Her vision of the role of a true Multifamily Office in Canada has led her to engage with families across Canada and Europe and to draw on leading practices in wealth management.

Diane also contributes to fostering relationships among families facing similar challenges and is involved in numerous initiatives that support intergenerational wealth transfer. She is also spearheading an initiative to bring together family offices across Quebec through a network designed to encourage dialogue, knowledge sharing, expertise and collaboration.
