Member of the Ordre des Comptables Agréés du Québec, holder of a master's degree in science majoring in finance from the École des Hautes Etudes Commerciales de Montréal and recognized as a financial planner, Diane has a sound academic background. She constantly perfects her knowledge of investment taxation and asset protection to offer innovative solutions to her clients.
Diane has worked in private asset management for some twenty years and is recognized as a trusted advisor, taking to heart the interests of her clients. Her experience with wealthy families has convinced her of the need for family office services to coordinate family assets, develop an all-inclusive approach that is independent from any financial institution and which is completely adapted to the needs of the family.

Lucie holds a master's degree in business administration majoring in finance and human resource management as well as a bachelor’s degree from the École des Hautes Etudes Commerciales de Montréal. She is member of the Ordre des CGA du Québec and holder of a certificate from the Association of Tax and Financial Planning.
Having worked for many years in a banking institution and a multinational corporation, Lucie held various positions within the management team and built a solid reputation in all areas linked with management and accounting. Over the years, she has developed a strong sense of responsibility and understanding of organizational structure, coupled with a strong capacity for analysis and synthesis.
Integrity, professionalism and rigor are the values she brings to all the mandates that are entrusted to her.
Reynald N. Harpin, CFA

An expert investment advisor who sits on the boards of several companies and a member of pension and investment committees, Reynald Harpin was director of asset management of all pension funds at Alcan worldwide for more than ten years. He was also a member of the Alcan pension plans corporate committee and president of its North American investment committee.
Licensed in commercial sciences from the École des Hautes Etudes Commerciales in Montreal and a chartered financial analyst, his experience extends to other aspects of finance such as strategic planning, asset allocation, stock portfolio management, business development and customer service.
He is a member of the Coalition for the protection of investors and the FIMC III fund’s investment committee.
