It is essential that the functions of guardianship of assets, portfolio management, record-keeping and operations auditing be assumed by different entities.

Here are some practices carried out by Patrimonica Inc. to assure the protection of your assets:

We use the services of independent and recognized trustees who are often connected to large financial institutions. Neither the administrators nor the staff of Patrimonica Inc. has access to your money.
You receive reports directly from the various parties involved; we receive a copy of those reports for monitoring of the situation.
All investments are recorded in the account of the trustee and no cheques are issued to the portfolio managers or Patrimonica Inc.
All portfolio managers and other parties involved must be duly registered with proper authorities and be subject to independent audits.
We have no access to your funds. We work together with your financial institution, which must obtain your approval for every payment required. Automated payments to regular suppliers are a possible option.
We use secured communication systems in our information exchanges with clients and all other parties.
